Shipping policy

We use Fuli logistics within Lagos and DHL to send within Nigeria. We reserve the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

We currently offer approximately 3-5 working days within and outside Nigeria; 48 Hour Delivery within Lagos.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk. To ensure emails reach you, add us to your mailing list

We only offer pick up within Lagos, Nigeria. All products are available at our various distributors worldwide, please check the distributors list to get one closest to you.

Our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.

Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery. We do not accept payment on delivery.

All orders during online sales/fair are dispatched after the sales
