Why I Ghosted My Brand And Why I’m Coming Back Louder

There’s something they don’t tell you about building your dream: sometimes, the dream becomes too big to hold alone.

Last year, I ghosted my brand — Didi Beauty. I didn’t mean to. I just... disappeared. One skipped post became a week. One week became a month. Before I knew it, the voice I had spent years building went silent.

Why? Because I was running seven businesses. Because I was tired. Because growth came fast, and some parts of me hadn’t caught up. But mostly? Because I was afraid that I had nothing left to say.

But here’s the thing: Didi Beauty was my firstborn. I built this in my dorm room. Sold lip gloss in foil bags. Watched it go viral, end up in Sephora baskets, and glow on girls I’ve never met. Didi didn’t just sell products — it reminded people (and me) that glow isn’t just skin-deep. It’s energy.

So now, I’m coming back. But not with a loud launch or fake hype.
I’m coming back with a real plan. With the lessons I’ve learned. With the stamina of someone who’s seen the edge — and stepped back. I’m not here to perform perfection. I’m here to show you what it really looks like to rebuild your glow — from the inside out.

This is the beginning of the comeback. Not just of a brand, but of a founder rediscovering her power.
