Each coat adds weight to your lashes. Heavy lashes droop toward your under-eye area and transfer product onto the skin beneath. Apply one coat, let it dry completely, then add a second if needed. Two coats maximum.
3. Your under-eye area is oily

4. Your mascara is expired

How Do You Apply Mascara Correctly?

How Often Should You Replace Your Mascara?
