Contributors Term And Conditions And Guideline
1. Contributor Eligibility:
• For Divas to be considered contributors, they must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided on request must be accurate and truthful.
2. Content Ownership:
▪ Contributors retain ownership of their content but grant Didi Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute their content.
3. Originality:
▪ All contributors’ submissions must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
▪ All content from contributors must be organic and in line with their individuality.
4. Compensation:
• Only contents that incorporate anything non-offensive about the Didi Beauty brand will be considered for compensation.
• Contribution compensation is paid monthly and differs per contribution category.
5. Content Usage:
▪ Didi Beauty reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject submissions.
6. Termination:
▪ Didi Beauty can terminate the agreement after two weeks’ notice for breach of terms.
▪ Contributors can terminate the agreement after two weeks’ notice
• Submissions should be of high quality, creative, and engaging content.
• Proper grammar and spelling are expected.

• Contributors are encouraged to jump on social trends, challenges, and video stitches while incorporating the Didi Beauty brand or product.
• Contributors can make use of content captioning to promote the brand when making videos, even without an actual product.
• All content must include the brand name “Didi Beauty” to be valid.
3. Submission Process:
• Contributions are to be submitted as links using the right submission channel.
• Submit content-only links via the designated platform.
• The content submission portal will be open only on the 26th– 30th of every month.
4. Prohibited Content:
• No plagiarism, offensive, or defamatory content.
• No third-party or competing brand content should be included or submitted unless specified.
5. Feedback and Revisions:
• All feedback and complaints should be sent to contributors@didibeauty.com.
6. Confidentiality:
• Maintain confidentiality on any Didi Beauty unpublished material or sensitive information.
• The Didi Diva Contributor Program is confidential until a referral program is created.
